Cut List for Assemblies

The tubes were modelled separately as sub-assemblies because they are used across many similar design variations.
As a result there is no part studio with all the tubes used in the product and no composite part to reference a cut list to.
Each tube has its own cut list, is there some way to summaries all tube lengths in an assembly level cut list?
