Default Display State and Display States Table

Is it possible to revert to a default display state? I realize you could set a default display (showing what any asm would normally look like) before generating other display states, but it would be very convenient for that option to be built in. It may exist already, I just haven't come across it yet.
Additionally, is it possible to view a table showing all components and whether they are shown/hidden in each display state? This could make generating large amounts of display states (for inseparable assemblies, etc) much easier.

It would be nice if the display states were handled more like the configurations with a table... That would be a good improvement request!0
