how do I take a gear profile generated in Gearlabs and put it into my part?

how do I take a gear profile generated in Gearlabs fs and put it into my part? I have a part in which that was done but I can no longer remember how it was
done so I am a little stuck. I could create a version of the gearlabs file, insert the one I want into an assembly, and then do a union or something, but I know it wasn't that clunky. Thanks in advance.
