How to Twist a part

I have to 3d print a scale model of a roller coaster for a project in my engineering class and need help making the "barrel roll". I basically just need to Twist the part that I've made. it started as multiple parts but I used the boolean tool to make them into one part. I have a screenshot of my part attached.

Seems more correct to remodel it with sweeps along helices instead. Edit: or along a bridging curve, if you want a smoother transition.

Anton is right. You'll need to create one center curve to rule the path the roller coaster takes, then distribute those triangular braces along it (or placeholders), then use these as support points for the rail curves. The resulting part will be twisted, not he other way 'round.
