Why has the mesh on my STL imports suddenly disappeared?

I’ve been working on this project for a couple of weeks, and haven’t had any problems with the STL’s that I have already imported. Although, after logging in today I noticed all the geometry on my STL imports have disappeared which is making working with them seemingly impossible.
Im very new to this so apologies for the poor organization (may very well be my problem), but here’s the link if anybody could help.
