    I would recommend that you go through the training. Your model tree is full of a zillion transforms. Typically in a parametric modeling tool you almost never use transform, especially like this. You model things where you want them to end up, in reference to the origin and default planes, or to other parts.

    It would be like writing a computer program where you say

    x=1
    x=3
    x=1.1
    x=8
    x=2

    instead of just 
    x=2

    Also it's not clear which Boolean you are having an issue with. There are no failing features. I'm guessing that you're dealing with a non-manifold situation. See here:
