Inner tubes with different height

Hi folks, here's my model: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/d608802f49d98357c607366c/w/aeb60e77068dddc6fc00ef2e/e/68720aa17f75e400d3353380
What I'm trying to do is to have this base 4x4 cm, and an outer tube (about 3.8cm diameter) and an inner tube (about 1/4 inch diameter). To my surprise (and my lack of knowledge) the extrude actually created two inner tubes.
The one thing I can't figure out how, is how to set that the outer tube get a different height (currently at 1.75cm extrusion) I need the inner one to be 1.75cm and the outer to be something like 2.75cm
Thank you in advance for all the patience and guidance

hope this help. you can also do this with 3 extrusions only by modifiying (add inner circle) the 2nd sketch.0 -

After making the first extrusion, the sketch will be hidden by default. Turn it back on (the eye icon) and then select regions for the subsequent extrudes. Selecting regions will sometimes require you to either a) rotate the part, b) hide the part, or c) use Select Other.0

I'm not sure what I'm doing os wrong, but when I try to select my sketch and add multiple extrudes I end up with a complete different shape than the one you are showing or the one I had.
I was also using shell to control the thickness of the walls and that did not work on the new shape.
using 3 extrudes I ended with this:
Could you please share your link so I can try to understand the parameters and sketches used?
My shape has 2 sketches. The base one has the outer rectangle and the "hole" for the inner tube
The second sketch is on the face of the first extrude and should be the start of the outer tube
hope this help. you can also do this with 3 extrusions only by modifiying (add inner circle) the 2nd sketch.
