Copy tab is not bringing referenced tab with the copy

Is this a new undesirable intended functionality? In the past, when an assembly was referencing the workspace of a part studio, copying the assembly tab to clip board and then pasting somewhere would also copy and past in the part studio. This isn't happening anymore. When I paste the tab, only the assembly is copied and its parts are broken with missing references.
