Several hole features creating errors with each other

finn_colandofinn_colando Member Posts: 7
I am trying to create a box with three layers of sheet metal and need several different hole sizes in various different spots.

Each hole feature I've created works if the others are suppressed, but when I try to roll to the end at least one hole feature always fails.

I have checked that the holes are not in the same location on the same material. Hole size and type does not seem to be a factor.

Any idea what causes holes of different sizes in different spots to not be able to operate simultaneously?

Not sure you can tap 3 layers of parts (sheet metal or not) at once…
