How do I prevent a Sktech (after saving), prevent turning an image to be washed out?

I want to keep the original image's color, I don't want it to be faded or washed out. Is there settings that I can use to adjust or prevent this? Or even extensions or custom features would also be fine; as long as there is the image on the background can be seen and adjust its size.
