How to create a "Spike"

I would like to create an LED lamp holder for the garden. It should allow the LED to shine at a 30-degree angle instead of straight up. For this, I want to build a ground spike into the holder, a sort of point that goes into the ground at a 30-degree angle. I am unable to get a spike that extends from the holder at a 30-degree angle. Can someone help me with this?

I changed it to my exactly needs and printed it alredy out. Great!
