One hole feature for a clearance and a threaded hole

To attach something together with screws, a screw extends through a clearance hole in the loose part and into the thread in the fixed part. Is it possible to make these two holes with one hole feature instead of two?

If you set the hole tool up like this it will assume that is what you wish to do. Unless you check the tap through all box. You can also set the termination to blind if you don’t want the hole through the second part.
