How to re-assign the View Cube

How can one re-assign a different view to the Viewing CUBE.
For example an assembly is created but the TOP is not actually the TOP.  Because of the way Onshape biases the mouse rotation control it is a real pain in the butt tumbling the model correctly and intuitively, I would like to re-assign another View to be the TOP View.   How do I do this?

I've bee asking for this in the past. You can't. Also, the cube is for architecture type objects only, and does not work for vehicles: If you look at a car from the rear, the OS-cube always labels the left side right, which is annoyning and makes an unprofessional impression with clients.

During import, you can select the 'up' axis from the dialog. You need to experiment with what it does for which file source, though.
Another method is to create yet another assembly, import the imported assembly into that one and translate-rotate it so that it meets the orientation needed, then fix it.

Thanks Martin for the prompt reply and suggestions.  I'll look at them.
