Why does the import image not work for me

In course 03. Sketch splines, Exercise: Taking a Sketch Picture, fails for me at the "sketch a corner rectangle" step.  No image of the logo appears.

I thought the issue was in with the exercise document or Brave browser but I have just tried to import a jpg into a new document using Brave Browser then Firefox.  Same failure with both browsers.

Have you tried to lower the resolution of the image?

The original failure was with the Onshape logo image in one of the exercises.  One would expect that that image was suitable to import as that IS the point of the exercise.

Did you hold down the left mouse button and moved the cursor to create the rectangle?

OK, I see now where I was going wrong.  After inserting the image I was going to "corner rectangle" to open a rectangle rather than just left clicking on the sketch to open the rectangle.
