How can i place the leader inline with the text.

i cant find any option to move the leader alignment from under the note to the centre of the note.

I haven't looked at that before since I mostly use ANSI standard which puts the leader in the note center. When I switch to ISO standard the leader is under the note. Once started in either standard I was unable to change. Hadn't been a concern to me either way.1
