Creating Revision Tables without Release Management

Can I create semi-smart revision tables without trying to engage in OnShape's release management system? By semi smart I mean simple addition of rows, and linked revision number to the sheet revision number?

I'm also interested in that! We, at the moment, use simple tables as we do not reference the revision in another place on the drawing

You can create a revision table in your template. The problem you'll get by linking the revision table to the sheet revision number is that all the revision numbers in your revision table will update to the sheet revision number, so it is best to type the revision number in your table everytime you add a line to the table.
