I accidentally, gave wrong dimensions to a assembly, and need it to be bigger, is there a way to completely enlarge the whole assembly?

This kind of modification is best done in a Part Studio; I'd resize the input parts.

In a pinch, you can also make a Part Studio in context, scale the parts there, and then put those into an assembly.

So there isn't a way to just size up everything at once? I would have to size up one part by one part?

There are other ways to accomplish this if the PS is built in a way that accommodates.
Best way to get ideas from the group is to post a public link to the document.

Unless you're dealing with an import, the idiomatic approach is to model all your parts in their final size, and to not do it in an assembly (because you can't change geometry in an assembly). Proper design can make this easy - e.g., by driving everything with variables.

The in-context approach will work, if you don't care about losing your assembly mates.
