Can I not convert an imported DXF into a sketch?

Hola!  I have been running through OnSHape with great success over the past 2 months.  Slight issue and from what I have read I don't seem to be alone.  Is there no way to import a DXF with the ultimate hope of generating a fully defined PDF print?  Please say it ain't so!!!

There is an option to import a DXF into a sketch.

Upload the .DXF you want to import into your document, open a sketch and choose (import DXF), then select the DXF with the correct units.

OK, so I have the DXF imported into my docs but when I go through the steps there isnt anything in the DXF file library?!?  How do I get the DXF to be visible or available in that import window?

    Just to double/triple check:

    1. You've uploaded your DXF into your document
    2. Your DXF has the file extension .dxf in it
    3. You're in a sketch and started the insert DXF/DWG tool

All of this and you can't see the DXF in the dialog that opens?  If you would be willing, could you submit a ticket and share with support.  This sounds like something isn't working correctly and someone in support might be able to debug why.

I have gone back through and looked deeper into this through the tutorials and I am still not understanding how to get the DXF to be visible in the import window.
