Black Background

geoff_hoadgeoff_hoad Member Posts: 4
When I open a new or existing document it defaults to a black background how do I change it to white?
I have changed preference setting in Drawings to Light view but I am still getting the black background.
Help needed please!

In Onshape, a black screen indicates that you are having a graphics rendering problem.  If you are in Chrome, check to make sure hardware acceleration is enabled:
    • Go to chrome://settings/
    • System
    • Make sure “use hardware acceleration when available” is checked.
    • Go to chrome://flags/
    • Make sure “Override software rendering list” is Enabled.
