Whenever i try to use a keybind in a sketch or shift s to make a new sketch, nothing happens, when i hover over the icon it doesnt show what keybind it has anymore and i find this frustrating because i am used to pressing c and then being able to make a circle, but this doesnt work anymore, none of the keys do anything anymore, How do i fix this?

Make sure you are in a part studio for sketches, keyboard shortcuts are different depending on environment, parts, assemblies or drawings.
SHIFT +/ will open the keyboard shortcut menu. Here you can review your settings. The Help Menu drop down, (question mark icon upper right), also has the path for key board shortcuts.
Lastly, in your Account Settings, (Name icon dropdown upper right), Preferences, Keyboard shortcuts section, you can manage your shortcuts. There is even a reset all button to get you back to square one.
