Fill Between Two Loops

I'm trying to turn this surface into a solid by filling between the two loops at the top although this is not possible. Is there another way I could go about this? Thanks.

"Enclose" is what comes to mind for me!   Since you did not share a document, I'm just guessing.

Hello Hector, Lots of questions here - Are you just trying to add a surface to the octagonal profiles, or making a solid with a given constant thickness for the whole part? If the later, I would suggest lofting the outside shape as a solid, then shelling to a given thickness - removing the two ends. Hope this helps
