How do I get quick access to Transform?

When I duplicate an object in Part Studio, I can't use Ctrl+C or Ctrl+V, so I use “transform”.
However, I can't seem to set up a keyboard shortcut, so I have to use the mouse to press the transform button every time.
If there is a faster way to use transform (a keyboard shortcut setting or mouse gesture that I don't know about), please let me know.
Or maybe in general Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V can be used to duplicate, and my environment is wrong?

Maybe a more relevant question would be why you need to duplicate parts manually so often!
That should be a fairly rare thing in parametric modelling... Assemblies or patterns would be more common.
What are you trying to design? Do you have an example of where you neey this workflow ?
I would also ask, is this a circumstance where "patterns" would be useful (both sketch and/or part types)?
Currently, custom hot keys have to be created via 3rd party; here is one way you can create them:
