Is there a way to see all the "not revision managed" part as released in the tree?
Hi,
we are slowly migrating all the history from Solidworks to Onshape. We usually release all the parts except the commercial ones. Every time we fix an assembly it is necessary to go into all the individual documents of the commercial parts to see if any of the colleagues have fixed the metadata, materials and colors because by not releasing the part, in the assembly tree you always see the item "In progress". Visually unhelpful
Is there a way around the problem?
Thanks

I could be wrong, but I think "In progress" is a company setting that your company can choose to have or not to have. You should be able to turn it off in the company settings within the name drop down at the top right of the Onshape screen..

Hi Michael, thank you.
the thing is I would like to turn off "In progress" state only for not revision managed parts but is impossible to change that status in the proprierties' drop down menu:
As you can see the STATE drop down menu is not editable even if it's "not revision managed".
Going back to your solution I still didn't find the section in the menu you're talking about
