exported stl doesn't match screenshot

darren_mason871darren_mason871 Member Posts: 44 ✭✭

The first screenshot is the shape of the stl I made as viewed onscreen when exporting. But after opening the export in tinkercad I found it is of a plate-like shape I made a few copies ago which is wrong. How do I make the export match the onshape file?

    Hi Darren,

I see these are mobile screenshots. You may need to double check the file is actually being downloaded or that you are opening the correct file if you are using the same file name you have used previously.

I suggest naming it something very different to make sure you're downloading the correct file, and that Android or tinkercad are not using a cached version.
