Email on Certification report?

I have just passed the Certificate Onshape Associate certification. However, I have a problem with my report. It states my email as the email I used to take the certification test with, not what is listed as my account's "primary email". I understand that this was my mistake when signing into the certification test. Is there a way to get a changed version of the report with my Onshape account's "primary email" without retaking and repaying for the certification test?
