Cannot create one thickened part

nero108nero108 Member Posts: 2

Hello. I am trying to thicken all lofts on this part. However, two of the loft sections cannot be thickened using "add." The two loft sections at issue are the non-thickened lofts in the below pictures.

When I do attempt to thicken using "add" it gives an error noting the parts do not intersect or are totally contained. When I thicken using "new," it does appear that sections of the thickened loft do not meet the surrounding lofts, like in the below picture. Any thoughts on what is the issue?

It's hard to fully diagnose because you shared via link, not as a public document, but the side surface is very complex and the edges are not clean at all.

The curvature graphs are really crazy. If you rebuild this with clean curves at the edges, it should be much more possible to offset or thicken.
