Why Onshape not awarding certificate after completion of both courses and survey.

I've completed all the necessary courses related to this certificate and completed the survey. However, Onshape still hasn't given me the certificate even after a major amount of time.
I've made sure to complete everything to the necessary 100% and done every assessment in each course so I am still confused.
