Onshape won't load documents no matter which internet network I use.

I used to be able to load documents with no problems but all of a sudden it started showing the message "Onshape is not connected. Your document is saved. Refresh the browser to continue working on this document." I've tried refreshing and using four different internet networks but even after waiting a while the documents just don't load. I ran a compatibility check and everything looks good so I'm not sure what the problem could be. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi Tina. This is most often caused by network devices that are blocking websockets or security (anti-virus, anti-track) software. Are you using a managed network or a home network? If managed, talk to your IT admin about any recent network or security software changes.
