Learning center lessons not showing?

I went to show my students the learning centre this morning and the actual content is in a letter box about two lines high and un usable. The transcript below is fine. This is on edge and chrome browsers. I'll post a screen shot when back at my desk tomorrow. Just thought I'd post while I remembered.

    Hello! We checked the Learning Center this morning, and everything looks good on our end.

    It looks like your IT team or some other software might be blocking the video frame on this lesson page. Please ensure that https://onshape.wistia.com/ is a whitelisted domain within your organization.

    If you open the Learning Center on a different personal device, does it appear as it should?

    Thanks for the quick response. It works fine on my phone on my home network. I'll check it at work tomorrow and raise an IT ticket!

    Seems to work fine on my phone.

    The lesson pops up to a reasonable size on PC when the page is zoomed into 200%.

    I have raised a ticket with IT.

    IT says they have whitelisted. Exploring a little more, exercises show up just fine, but the letterbox returns when it's the videos.

    This bug continues. Edge Version 146.0.3856.97 (Official build) (64-bit) shows this same problem as outlined below. Latest Chrome shows videos correctly.
