Are there free onshape projects and beginners tutorials for me to practice using onshape?

My friend introduced me to cad.onshape after he received his certification from Makerspace and I believe it would be a wise investment that will pay off exponentially down the road. Are there any free projects or online learning materials i could study for a beginner like me who has an interest in engineering but has no idea where to go in what direction with that interest? I would appreciate any feedback
