Linear rails / carriages in assembly

Hi,
I have an assembly containing a linear rail / carriage pair, they are mated with a slider mate.
I want to add two of these sub assemblies into the main assembly, parallel to each other.
What do I need to do to make the carriages track each other?
Thank you.

A Planar mate would do it. Or a Fastened with an offset.

Thank you.
I tried the fastened mates approach but that stopped either carriage from sliding?
The planar mate works perfectly!

What would make them track each other in the physical assembly? Would there be, e.g., a gantry connecting the carriages? Fastening that to both would achieve the desired result. Alternately, planar mates.

Where did you place the fasten mates? - Scotty
Hi,
I placed them at one top corner of each of the carriages and at the bottom matching corners of the gantry profile.
Perhaps you need to offset the mate connectors you're using for the fasten mates.
Thank you - I’ll try that.
