Does anyone out there know if CREO Illustrate can work with Onshape models / drawings?

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for a method of creating SVG files with Hotspots from Onshape. These will be used for a online technical manual. (I wish i could attach a file, but the uploader will not let me upload an .SVG file. See attached PPT file and the embedded video inside it.)
This is something that Solidworks Composer can do. I am wondering if anyone out there knows if Creo Illustrate can do this? And if Creo Illustrate works with Onshape models / drawings? Or is this a feature that may be coming to Onshape soon? Or if there are any other 3rd party softwares out there that can do the same thing?
