how could I make a spiral with this shape

I need to make a spiral with the shape in the image, I have 2 problems. the first problem is that the image was taken from a slight angle so I can't trace the shape because it ends up looking warped. the other bigger problem I'm having is that the end of the spiral touches itself. I cant get the end to look nice and rounded while having a large enough fillet to make the radius. does anyone know if this is possible to make in O
nshape?
