Frame profile library not updating

graham_lockgraham_lock Member Posts: 160 PRO

Hi,

I created a frame profile library with documents organised into folders.

I versioned each document and it worked fine.

I've now updated some of the original documents and added some new ones in new folders.

Each updated document was given a new version and each new document was versioned.

I then right clicked the profile folder and selected Update my library and got the green success notification.

The problem is that when I reference the library I'm only seeing the original profile set - no updates, no new folders and no new profiles.

I've been through the update process several times.

Any help appreciated.

I've had this quite often and the only way around it is to quit the browser and then restart it. After doing this I find that the Profile library will update.

BTW you have to also right click the Profile Folder on the Documents Page and select update 'Your name' Frame Library

Thank you - quitting the browser and restarting seems to have done the trick!
