inaccurate volume and surface area calulations

I made two cubes, one has sides of 30cm the other has sides of 30.1 cm, but OnShape says the smaller cube has a larger volume and surface area.

    That's 'cause the smaller cube isn't actually a cube. You'd want to constrain the sides to be equal.
