hi im new here
i want to 3d print 3 racks for tools in my tool case how do i get a negative of the inside of this case please

If you have the 3D model of this case you can create a planer/face at the height you want you're rack to sit and then use the enclose tool:
If all you have is the PDF then you can go to this site to convert it to DXF:
https://cloudconvert.com/
and the draw some sketchs in your Part studio and importing those DXF's as reference. Using the reference you can model up the racks without needing to draw the negaitves
