Surface to part

I'm not sure what I did wrong here. I had this part in part studio 2 thickened to be a part, but after working it for a while, I noticed it turned back into a surface. Now when I try to thicken again, it says cannot thicken some parts, it may be because I have threads in the top of the head. But how can I turn it back into a part? Or can it be sent to a 3D printer as a surface? This whole thing will be 3D printed into one part.

    Hi, your document is view only, so it is hard to investigate, but I think "revolve 4" is the point to look at.
    I suppose you are creating open edges with this step

    Yes, that is the goal. I thought I made it public, I'll check. Any suggestion how to fix but keep the shape?
