How do I smooth the curves in an oval shape, too many sections curve is not smooth when cut on cnc?

Other curves I have drawn have had a nice smooth shape when cut on the CNC torch.
The oval for some reason has to many segments.

Thanks,
Michael

@ michael_moore412 , have you used ellipse or splines for creating oval shape?
I think it will give more smooth rather than using arc or line.
If you share your model we can look into that.

model is public, I used ellipse to make the oval.
Default is a too few divisions, is there a way to change the ellipse division? With sketchup you can specify the number of circle divisions, default is 36 or so which is too many straight lines, just like onshape but I can't find any way to specify the # of divisions or smoothness of the ellipse.
