Editing Imported parts
I'm working on designing an enclosure for an organ. To do so, I went online and found a STEP file of the keyboards I'll be using (Fatar TP/9S 61). I imported said file, copy/pasted it twice, and now i have the layout of keys I'm looking for. However, now that I'm ready to start designing the sheet aluminum enclosure, Onshape won't let me sketch on the same page. I don't know of any way to get around this. It won't let me copy/paste the layout into a new Part Studio, and I need to have the layout of the keyboard to build the enclosure around. I don't think there would be, but is there any way to get around this? Being able to sketch around these parts is imperative to this project.

Hello Brady. You should be able to model referencing another 3D part. Please post a link to your document. - Scotty
