How to set a rectangular tube on the midline of a cylinder.

I am trying to figure out how to properly mate a cylinder feature to another rectangular feature. I need this square support (highlighted) to be centered on the cylindrical mount stand. I am using the free version of Onshape.

when selecting a mate selector, hit the little circular icon behind it and check the move box to edit the position of that implicit mate selector…

more easily, you could also use the 'offset' button in the fastened mate…

You could maybe use mate connectors. One in the middle of the cylinder face, and one between the edges of the rectangulat tube, or, in case the support has a square bottom, a connector in the square's center.

The catwalk is supposed to overhang by 21.5" but it is centered on the cylinder. I can't do a mate connecter because it snaps to the midpoints or the corners and this is a 599.5" L 8" W square tube so there is no center I can use.

This may help provide more info:
