Fillet complex edges
I tried to play with all the fillet settings but every time I get "Failed to fillet selection".
Is the edge too complex or is there something I can do about it ?

try using Face-blend iso a regular fillet. it's not only more flexible, but also more flexible.
the problematic area is probably the lower elliptical point. but face blend found a solution for some radius values. this is 0.2 mmhttps://cad.onshape.com/documents/a71e55858d076b09403c25a7/w/bc7798faf4b97d07494686ee/e/ac617053408c04fe3d41723b?renderMode=0&uiState=6707b48aa41a6a3ab1c99011

have you tried all kinds of radius values? Investigating when a feature fails/works is a good way to understand why it fails in the first place.

yes I tried with lowest value possible (0.01) and it still fail. It’s hard to debug without any other info
It does work great.
Thanks a lot !
