Help with reshaping an extruded face of a part.

Hi all. Absolute beginner here so apologies if my explanation is poor.

Someone in my car club encouraged me to have a crack at designing my intake as I cant get anything off the shelf. I'm in over my head! But I'm actually pretty close to what I want, I'm just stuck on reshaping an extrusion I made.

It may be the way I formed it? But I want to remove the hole by 'pushing' the top face down to match the profile of the curve below. Shallow at the top, getting deeper as it matches the curve. It's for the throttle cable clearance.

Is there a way to save this?

I have only started on youtube & reverse engineering some things I found in the public files. Blown away by what the average user is creating! Happy to take a course recommendation too.

Exceptional work, both of those will work perfectly!

Appreciate the time to reply and resolve the problem in Onshape as well. Look forward to seeing how it was solved once I get home.
