Why is 3/8NPT defaulting to 19 tpi when it's an 18tpi thread?

If I try to change it to 18, it reverts back to 19 automatically.

The 18tpi thread is an NPT standard, which will be available in your hole feature if you choose the Inch option at the top of the UI.
19tpi is the standard for the BSP which you have selected via the Metric option.
