Why did it changed to last modified?
I clicked my file, but I did not move or tap any objects since our teacher said do not change anything on the objects. I was finished on time yesterday night and today I was just checking if my objects were accurate WITHOUT MOVING them. I just peeked and when I came back to the documents where all my finished files are there, it updated to last modified even if I DID NOT CHANGE ANYTHING AT ALL!!! Please help me change the details of my file… This is my midterm exam and I worked hard for it. I am a new user in onshape, I am still clueless in some features here. I am getting worried. (I also tried searching about why it changed to last modified even though I did not change anything.)

It just means that's when you last opened it. Your teacher will be able to see your full work history and what you changed when, so there should be no need to worry.
In case anyone needs to verify, the document's version graph will show every single change with a timestamp.
