How do I mate things so that when a rotate on one axis causes a rotate on another.

Hi Onshape Community, I have recently started learning Onshape and have gotten stuck on a new project I'm working on.

The goal is to have the levers pin (light blue) interact with the distribution arm (gray) so that it is rotated with the sweeping motion of the pin. I have tried everything I know to try and any help is greatly apreciated. Thank you!

You can take a look at the project here.
