Setting up multiple cabinets for CNC

Hi, I have modeled up a bathroom vanity I need to make three of on a CNC. I am using the auto layout feature to put them on the sheet goods and make a drawing. What is the best workflow to put all three vanities on as few sheets as possible? Since Auto Layout only works in part studio, I believe I need to insert three assemblies into one part studio, but I am unsure how to do this. Here is my model. Thanks for any guidance
