Stretching object

I'm transitioning from SketchUp to Onshape. In SketchUp, the "Scale" tool lets you stretch part of an object in any direction by selecting a surface and pulling it, with adjacent surfaces stretching proportionally. Is there a similar tool in Onshape, and how does it work? I tried using 'Move Face' and 'Transform,' but they didn’t achieve the same effect.

I would recommend not comparing to Sketchup.and just learn the tools as they are. Conceptual design will not be as free flowing as sketchup. 2 different softwares meant for 2 different purposes. To make this sort of change it depends on how the geometry was created in the first place. but ignoring that and just making new geometry with the new scaled face and lofting it might get you the result you want.
