How do I cut this part?
Hi,
I need to cut this part in half at the place indicated with red circles.
I can't seem to create a plane or a surface in the right spot to do so and would appreciate some suggestions.

Extend the two lines in the sketch beyond the part surfaces. Extrude just those two lines into a surface that passes completely through the part on both sides and use the slice feature to split it in half.

Depends what you mean by 'cut'
