What am I doing wrong? with an update
The attached file is meant to be a reducer with both end having a flat of 25mm. All is good until I hit the remove button when using Loft. I am new to using the Loft facility but just doing a 'regular' loft as a solid it works flawlessly. It is only when I put the hole through I get a missing section. If I do not have the flat bits either end then a perfect come is produced which is close to what I want but not totally.
Any help gratefully accepted and thank you.

UPDATE: If I extend the distance of Plane 1 to 200mm or more the gap closes but that makes my piece too big. As soon as I go back to my required dimension the gap reappears. Any ideas Please?

Have you tried Shell?
@Matt_Shields
I have not tried that, I've no idea what that is. I will go and find some info on it.
Thank you
