Please help me create a tunnel between 2 circles

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to create a tunnel between 2 circles on 2 different surfaces. I've tried using the loft tool and removing matieral but it's not working properly. Can someone help me please?

Extrude at a direction will work since you already have a line for direction.

Thanks for that Glen. Is there an easier way to achieve this without having to create a new plane and sketch for the direction?
A fit spline point to point with no modifications of end handles is essentially a line but you'll need the points and do the job. If the points already exist on a sketch that's good. If not look for a previous sketches on the faces that a point can be added to.
I realized this morning that I may have misled you. Last nights version produces an oval hole. Current version gets a sketch on midpoint of line normal the line and produces a round hole.
Another option (if you're 3D printing) is a sweep. See copy of 40v-to-18v-plate-14awg-meshmixer (1).
